Over 15 years of combined information architecture & content strategy

I was born and raised in Brazil, where I earned a degree in Social Communications with an emphasis on Marketing & Advertising and a specialization in Graphic Design. After one year at an advertising agency, I spent eight years as the Marketing Communications Manager at Philips Brazil before moving to the US.

After several years working in the field, I transitioned to content strategy as a contractor in digital agencies. I combined my experience in Marketing Communications and coding with my soft skills of high empathy and attention to detail to develop my interest in content.
As a UX Sr Content Strategist - User Advocate, I aim to connect the information the business requires with what consumers seek, finding the best+easiest way to communicate—connect the dots. That means creating effective content by developing and implementing information architecture.
For the past 15 years, I have been involved in website creation or redesign projects, conducting UX research, content inventory, building information architectures, and user experience evaluation for companies including Amazon, Microsoft, and Visa.
